I want to express my gratitude to Alina Karimova, the Director of Triumph Travel company. During last 3 years I am a customer of this travel agency. The location of the office is very convenient. It has a harmonious atmosphere, a spirit of wandering and traveling.

The managers work great! During my holiday in Turkey  Meiram Kabakov called me, asked about the quality of service at the hotel and answered my questions in time. He  booked a good room with the sea view.

This year in February I spent my holiday in Thailand’s Koh Chang island. Dinara Onlabaeva suggested very convenient route with the least loss of time. The flight was direct from Astana to Patai. In Patai, I stayed at the Crystal Palace Hotel. In the morning I left for Koh Chang and went by bus till the ferry, and then by it to the island. Paradise nature, palm trees with coconuts, azure ocean, and an endless positive. The ocean is five minutes walk from the hotel room! White hot sand! I had a great impression after the excursion to the waterfalls of Klong Plu and Tan Mayom. And we walk there trough  the jungle along picturesque trails. Bathing in freshwater lakes at the foot of these waterfalls, as in a holy spring gave me a surge of energy. Unforgettable memories from visiting the show of crocodiles and snakes!

And of course, I had daily Thai massage in the spa at the hotel beach. Meal included fruits and vegetables, seafood and an unforgettable taste of Thai soup Tom-Yam. For 10 days of my vacation, I got rid of 4 kilograms of over weight. The climate is very mild and the heat is not so hot. Even the rain on Koh Chang is warm and short. The  vacation was comfortable and beautiful!
